The Uncanny Body is an evolving piece, involving elements of dance, sculpture, light-art, music, and poetry. The work is designed to change with each iteration, and is largely about AI in its' current and future forms.

Rockwell wrote, recorded, mixed, and mastered the piece of music in the preformance. The work centers around organic, natural instruments and voices that are then digitally manipulated and distorted- generating a feeling of something that is almost human, but not quite.

Thus far there has been only one iteration of the work, preformed at SUNY Oneonta. Here is the preformance, alongside the isolated music used in the piece.
